La última actualización de Windows está causando que algunas PC se bloqueen
The culprit has been identified… and it’s your printer.
Have you had issues printing things out after downloading the latest Windows update? It’s not just you; many people using specific brands of printers are experiencing bluescreens of death when trying to print something out.
Windows Latest reported on the news of this strange error. Windows 10 users have reported that when they tried to print a document after updating their PC, their computer would crash.
Users began to collect crash reports from other people to see what was going on. As it turns out, the new Windows 10 update did not play well with Kyocera, Ricoh, and Zebra printers specifically. Other models may be affected by this error, but those are the top three brands that appeared in crash reports.
If you have one of the aforementioned printers, keep an eye out for a Windows 10 update called “Windows 10 KB5000802.” If you’ve installed this update, you’ll likely run into a bluescreen of death (BSOD) when trying to print. You’ll know if your printer was the culprit if the BSOD identifies win32kfull.sys as the problem.
Unfortunately, at the time of writing, neither the printer companies nor Microsoft has released an update to fix this problem. As such, the only way to get around this problem is to manually uninstall Windows 10 KB5000802 and wait for a fix to arrive.
You can uninstall the problematic update by pressing the Win + I keys together to open up the Windows 10 Settings window. Then, head to Update & Security, scroll down a little, and select View update history. Click on Uninstall updates at the top, find KB5000802, and uninstall it from your computer.

If you have a printer designed by Kyocera, Ricoh, or Zebra, you’ll want to take care of using it on the latest Windows 10 update. Doing so can cause crashes, and the only fix so far is to scrub the update from your PC entirely.
If you feel now is a good time to upgrade, you’re in luck; there are plenty of printers available suitable for small business and home use.
